Michael Thomson has been a photographer for almost a year. But he’s been a smoker even longer. He says he doesn’t mind smoking, but admits that it’s caused a few problems in the past.
“Once, at a wedding, the bride freaked out because I was smelling like smoke. She was already stressed from the wedding, the photograper reaking of smoke didn’t make things better I guess”. One day both he and Susan, his girlfriend and fellow smoker, simply decided they needed an alternative. “We were tired of coughing, being tired all the time, the yellow teeth and constantly smelling like an ashtray all the time. We tried quitting a few times, but it was really hard. A friend ours recommended we try this electronic cigarette, so we decided to try it out”.
These so called “E-Cigarettes” are starting to gain rapid popularity among people who wish to continue the sensation of smoking without the harmful effects of combustible cigarettes or couples like Michael and Susan who are in the midst of trying to stop smoking, and using it as a means of weening off the cigarettes.
